Imagine a place where you could learn the skills required for a happy and fulfilling life, rather than only the skills required to make you a good employee.
For too long the modern education system has focused primarily on technical 'hard' skills that are designed to make you a valuable and useful employee. Whilst these skills are still valuable they don't necessarily lead to a happy and fulfilling life. In order to achieve that life, you'll need to build your 'soft' skills, aka your human skills.
If you want to:
- Enhance your emotional intelligence
- Improve your communication and leadership capacity
- Build a healthier relationship with yourself
- Learn how to overcome self-criticism, stress, overwhelm & burnout
- Develop a happy, fulfilling, and thriving life.
Working with your own personal Happiness Coach is the fastest way to get there.

Millions are spent each year on coaching to help athletes perform better at their sport. When people care about their happiness, and their performance in their daily life, as much as they care about sports then everyone will have a Happiness Coach.

Still Got Questions?
Our approach lies somewhere in the middle of the two. Over the years we've found that there are benefits to both and the best solution is to combine the two.
We saw great strengths in the more traditional approaches including how evidence-based they are and we also saw great strengths in the new age life coaching movement including a sense of pro-activity and fun.
By combining the two approaches we've developed a unique blend that allows us to get the best out of both worlds for our members.
First of all, well done for doing something for your wellbeing. A lot of our current and former members come to us looking for something a little different when compared to traditional approaches.
The big differences are that your counselor/therapist/psychologist is likely to be focused on your past, on "fixing" what's going wrong, and on dealing with any in-depth trauma.
Our approach focuses more on building your future, maximising your strengths, and empowering you with the tools and team to thrive.
As a result, a lot of our members have found that the two approaches are complementary to each other.
We like to be fully transparent with our fees, which is why you'll find the costs associated with each program clearly listed earlier on this page.
During your strategy session, the coach will work with you to determine the most effective approach to your goals that also fits your lifestyle and budget. At the end of the day, this is a program that is designed to improve your happiness and it doesn't make sense to us to put you in a position that adds any financial stress to your life.
That's why all of our programs are able to be paid off over time and why we've had people start start their Freshman Year with an investment of $75/w and we've had people start at $150/w. The most important thing is that it ends up being the right fit and helps you achieve your goals.
We believe money should never be the thing that stands in the way of your happiness.
Unfortunately not yet.
This is largely a reflection of our healthcare system taking a remarkably reactive approach to mental and emotional wellbeing. Something we are trying to change.
As a pro-active solution to wellbeing, we're not covered by your health insurance however because we also provide workplace wellbeing consulting you may be able to claim this on your tax.
A lot of our current members claim us on their tax as a professional development expense. The best bet is to ask your accountant about this.
Your initial commitment to Freshman Year is 12 months. The reason for this is that we want to set you up for life with these skills and they take time to master.
We used to offer a 6-month program and we noticed that half of our graduates were still struggling to adapt when life inevitably threw a massive curveball their way. They'd theoretically learned the skills but they hadn't embodied them or turned them into habits.
By committing to 12 months you're showing that your wellbeing and personal development matter to you. You are also putting yourself in the best position to get the most out of being surrounded by a team of like-minded people.
As the saying goes; if you're going to do something you may as well do it right.
