People think when you want to change your life, you need to think big. But real change comes from the compound effect of hundreds of small decisions. Start the year as you mean to go on by uncovering some simple life hacks to stay productive, motivated, and happy.

 

In this workshop we will:

  • Explore why small changes make a big difference
  • Discover how your habits shape your identity (and vice versa)
  • Learn how to build better habits in 4 simple steps

 

Note; This is a ‘thinking’ session which means it’s primarily focused on equipping you with tools, techniques and strategies that relate to this topic. Some of these tools may be new to you, whilst others might be familiar and present an opportunity for you to re-visit them and strengthen them. After the session there will be an optional unrecorded Q&A session that you can attend.
