To be certified as an Accredited Happy Workplace your organisation will be required to meet the benchmarks in the following areas as assessed by our Workplace Happiness Diagnostic Report:

No sub-contributing scores fall bellow 50%

At least two areas of assessment score above 70% and at least 1 area of assessment scores above 80%
