Completing your Workplace Happiness Diagnostic is 4-6 week process.

Initial Scoping Session

Free 20-30 minute initial scoping session with our Founder Declan Edwards. In the session we will have the chance to connect, assess the current situation of your workplace and determine whether we are the right fit to help you improve your workplace happiness.

Survey Developed

Upon agreeing to move ahead with your company wellbeing report our data team will setup a private and unique access link that is able to split data into any subsets your request.  This is the link that you will provide to your team so they can complete their anonymous survey and soft-skills review.

Data Collection

We allow 1-2 weeks for you to distribute the links amongst your team and manage the responses to the surveys. We will check in and provide assistance if we find the response rate is too low. We require a 80%+ response rate to ensure the data collected is representative.

Data Crunched

Once we receive a 50-80% completion rate we analyse the data to identify key strengths and growth opportunities that are tailored to your team. The data is split into your chosen sub-sections and finalise the scores for all sections of the report.

Report Generation

The data is based on our workplace consultants who collaborate with our graphic designer to put together a high-quality presentation of the data. The data analysis team does a pass of the report to ensure the data is being communicated correctly and then CEO and Founder Declan Edwards do a final pass to make sure the report is high quality.

Report Presentation

Prior to receiving a copy of your report via email, all key stakeholders will be invited to attend a 60-minute report debrief meeting with one of our lead Workplace Happiness Consultants. At the end of the report, you will find tailored action plans that are designed to help improve your team's scores. These action plans may consist of BU programs, staff training workshops, services offered by our vetted 3rd party providers, and/or actions that can be completed internally by your leadership team.
