Deep Work; How to Perform at Your Best (Doing Session)

Do you consistently get distracted from the important things on your to-do list? Or do you feel as though you’re only performing at 50% of your true potential? If so this is the session for you.
There is a huge difference between doing ‘work’ and simply ticking things off our to-do list compared to doing ‘deep work’ and making an important impact on our to-do list.
In this session you’ll immediately implement:
- Clear and tangible strategies to decrease the likelihood of you getting distracted
- Changes designed to help you lean into deep work
- The ‘one step forward’ methodology for driving momentum
This workshop pairs well with the Peak Performance Routines session and the Organising Your Life with Trello guest expert session.
Note; This is a ‘doing’ session which means it’s primarily focused on helping you implement key steps and actions. As we regularly say at BU; knowledge is not power, knowledge that is applied through action is power.
