3 Pillars of Health (Thinking Session)

Health can feel like a blanket term for multiple aspects in life, but there are 3 core areas of health. A lot of the time you can over-focus on one or 2 of these areas and leave the other by the wayside, which can work for you in the short term, but in the long term, has the potential to have you feeling like you’re not the best version of yourself – mentally, physically and emotionally.
In this workshop you will learn:
- The 3 core pillars of health
- What these 3 areas currently look and feel like to you
- The difference between motivation and discipline for you in each of these 3 areas
- How ‘Black and White’ or ‘All or Nothing’ thinking can affect these areas and your self perception
Note; This is a ‘thinking’ session which means it’s primarily focused on equipping you with tools, techniques and strategies that relate to this topic. Some of these tools may be new to you, whilst other might be familiar and present an opportunity for you to re-visit them and strengthen them. After the session there will be an optional unrecorded Q&A session that you can attend.
