Cleaning Out Your Information Diet

What do you feed your mind each day? Are you intentional and mindful about what you consume? Or are you unintentionally fuelling your mind with content that leaves you feeling worse off than before?
Whilst more and more people are learning to practice mindful eating (which is a huge win) – not as many people are being conscious about what they feed their mind.
In this workshop we will:
- Review what we consume on a day to day basis
- Explore just how many messages our brain is exposed to each day
- Conduct an intentional clean out of our information diet
If you’d like your mind to feel sharper, more inspired, and less bogged down – then this is a great workshop for you.
Note; This is a ‘doing’ session which means it’s primarily focused on helping you implement key steps and actions. As we regularly say at BU; knowledge is not power, knowledge that is applied through action is power. These ‘doing’ sessions are a fantastic opportunity to put your learnings into practice and take tangible steps forward with your happiness, personal development and wellbeing.
