Creating Your Sense of Self & Identity

Many people start their personal growth journey because they want to become more self confident, they want to nurture a sense of self love, or they want to become better at self care. However these are all steps that come secondary to knowing yourself.
After all, how could you be confident in, or have a loving relationship with yourself if you don’t even know who you are yet?
Psycholgoically, our sense of self and identity forms the root of our life experiences. It shapes our behaviour, informs our values, influences our beliefs, and forms the lens through which we experience life.
To explore, understand, and intentional create your sense of self and identity is a superpower when it comes to living a happy, fulfilled, and aligned life.
In this workshop we will:
- Explore how identity is shaped
- Practice connecting with ourselves and our intuition
- Begin forming an internal compass that can help us stay connected to our sense of self.
If you want to have a better relationship with yourself, if you want to be more confident, or if you want to feel more secure in who you are – this is a great workshop for you.
Note; This is a ‘being’ session which means it’s primarily focused on giving you the space and opportunity to be present, mindful and connected to yourself. This type of session is less about learning new strategies, nor is it about taking a lot of action. Instead it’s an opportunity to be introspective, to reconnect with your own intuition, and to take some much needed breathing room from the busy-ness of life.
