Forming a Healthier Relationship with Yourself

One of the most important relationships you’ll ever get to make is the one you make with yourself. Make it a healthy one.

We have all had experiences, healthy and unhealthy throughout our life, most of those happening in our childhood formative years where we are learning what the world is like. This can influence and shape the adults we become and have a huge impact on how we treat ourselves and others. 

If you recognise that the relationship you have formed with yourself isn’t a healthy one, and if you are ready to take action on changing that, then join us for this workshop where we will highlight the foundational focuses on building a healthier relationship to yourself.

In this workshop we will discuss:

  • Negative self talk & the stories feeding an unhealthy relationship to yourself
  • Embracing Kindness, Compassion & Appreciation
  • Basic tools for understanding yourself better so you can start moving forward

Note; This is a ‘thinking’ session which means it’s primarily focused on equipping you with tools, techniques and strategies that relate to this topic. Some of these tools may be new to you, whilst others might be familiar and present an opportunity for you to re-visit them and strengthen them. After the session there will be an optional unrecorded Q&A session that you can attend.
