Habits Month

The purpose of this challenge is to build upon the vision and goals established in January. The aim is to help members turn their broad vision and long-term goals into daily and weekly habits and actions.

The launch workshop will explore the value and importance of habits in creating a happier life. It will give members a chance to identify their habits, share them for accountability, and set themselves up for success.

Outcome of Challenge:

Members use a habit tracking app for the month to gauge their progress towards their habits and goals.

  • BOOK: “Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything” by BJ Fogg – BJ Fogg is a leading expert in behaviour design. In this book, he introduces the concept of “tiny habits” and explains how making small, manageable changes can have a profound impact on building better habits.

NOTE: These sessions are NOT recorded. If you miss attending the live challenge launch session you can watch a briefing video in the BU Crew Facebook Group so you’re still able to participate in this month’s challenge.

NOTE: These sessions don’t have structured workbooks. Instead, it’s recommended that you bring a journal or notepad to capture your thoughts and ideas during the session. You’ll also get a lot of insight by actively participating in the group conversations during the challenge launch session.
