How to Cultivate a Kind Mind

Have you got a loud inner critic that lerks in the back of your mind? You know that little voice of judgment and self doubt? If you’ve been attending the Happiness College for some time now, you’d know that’s the voice of a harsh inner critic. The antidote to a harsh inner critic is learning how to transform it into a kind inner voice.
In this workshop we will be exploring:
- Identifying your type of inner self talk
- The kindness skills you need to transform that inner judgement
- Practical steps to implement in your every day life
Note; This is a ‘being’ session which means it’s primarily focused on giving you the space and opportunity to be present, mindful and connected to yourself. This type of session is less about learning new strategies, nor is it about taking a lot of action. Instead it’s an opportunity to be introspective, to reconnect with your own intuition, and to take some much needed breathing room from the busy-ness of life.
