As humans, we are social by nature and how we are seen by others is a part of how we identify. It is how we create our perception of where we ‘fit’ in the world and in your community, social circles and relationships.

The need to fit in and connect is one of six basic human psychological needs – it may be natural but that doesn’t mean it’s healthy all the time.

In this Masterclass you will:

  • Learn the top 4 Cognitive Distortions associated with worrying what others’ think
  • Learn tools and mindset changes to help you move through this worry and feel more confident to be yourself, no matter what others think!

Note; This is a masterclass session. This means it’s a little bit longer than other sessions as it combines the ‘thinking’, ‘doing’ and ‘being’ methodologies. This gives you the space and opportunity to not only learn about a topic but also digest it, embody it and then of course take action with it.
