This workshop is about approaching Self Compassion from a Mindfulness perspective. Combining the power of Mindfulness & Self Compassion, in this workshop you will be able to explore a variety of different mindful self compassion techniques that will help you practice silencing those harsh self judgements & create space for peace & contentment.

 

Mindfulness is one key component to truly practicing real self compassion, it’s one of the first steps to changing the narrative in your mind to open up space for compassion to come through. These techniques will allow you to open that space more easily.
