Overcoming Anxiety (Masterclass)

When in the midst of feeling anxious it can feel crippling. Anxiety is one of our biggest emotions that sometimes feels it can stop us in our tracks. You can feel so connected to the emotion that it is hard to see past it.
Anxiety can also be connected to big physiological (body) changes that happen very quickly within the body. Combine these changes with snowballing anxious thoughts and there is a recipe for reactive behaviours that can have you worrying, overthinking and creating scenarios in your mind before they have even happened!
In this meaningful masterclass we will be:
- Learning how to disconnect from the label of anxiety
- Creating clarity on what anxiety looks and feels like for you (without judgement)
- Recognising your trigger thought patterns or physiology patterns
- Learning the 5 steps to move through feeling anxious
This workshop pairs well with Suffering, Surviving, Thriving and Overcoming Emotional Overwhelm.
Note; This is a masterclass session. This means it’s a little bit longer than other sessions as it combines the ‘thinking’, ‘doing’ and ‘being’ methodologies. This gives you the space and opportunity to not only learn about a topic but also digest it, embody it and then of course take action with it.
