For a lot of people, planning and organising helps them to feel less overwhelmed. But the actual idea of planning and organising feels overwhelming in itself and so a cycle begins of feeling overwhelmed, procrastinating, not taking action and therefore continuing to feel overwhelmed!

- Create awareness & structure to your current days
- Explore 4 planning and organisational tools that you can implement today
Note; This is a ‘doing’ session which means it’s primarily focused on helping you implement key steps and actions. As we regularly say at BU; knowledge is not power, knowledge that is applied through action is power.
