Self-sabotage is when you actively or subconsciously take steps to prevent yourself from reaching your goals. This can affect nearly every aspect of your life – be it a relationship, a career goal, or a personal goal as well as your self confidence and self esteem.
In this workshop, join me to learn:
- The 9 types of Self Sabotage
- How self sabotage and procrastination are linked
- Why negative self talk and limiting beliefs are a by-product of Self Sabotage and how to move through these
Note; This is a ‘thinking’ session which means it’s primarily focused on equipping you with tools, techniques and strategies that relate to this topic. Some of these tools may be new to you, whilst others might be familiar and present an opportunity for you to re-visit them and strengthen them. After the session there will be an optional unrecorded Q&A session that you can attend.
