Sensory Overload, Overstimulation and Exploding

Do you feel like sometimes you just ‘explode’? Sometimes you might feel like there’s just too much noise and too many things happening and it’s all a bit overwhelming. 

Let’s dive into what’s actually underlying those reactions to the noise and overstimulation…

In this workshop we will:

  • Learn what sensory overload is and how it shows up for you
  • What triggers overstimulation?
  • Create a recipe to break the cycle of getting to the point of ‘exploding’

Note; This is a ‘being’ session which means it’s primarily focused on giving you the space and opportunity to be present, mindful and connected to yourself. This type of session is less about learning new strategies, nor is it about taking a lot of action. Instead it’s an opportunity to be introspective, to reconnect with your own intuition, and to take some much needed breathing room from the busy-ness of life.
