The Basics of Getting Your Sparkle Back

If you’ve been feeling stressed and overwhelmed, snappy and irritable or like you’ve lost a little bit of your sparkle – this workshop is for you. This will be a practical ‘being’ session that you will be actively participating in activities during the workshop to help you to take the first steps to feeling more like you again.

 

In this workshop we will:

 

  • Create an awareness and understanding of how it is that you would like to feel
  • Consider what action steps look like to help you to move towards those feelings
  • Work with simple, easy to use tools to feel less overwhelmed and less reactive with your behaviour

 

Note; This is a ‘being’ session which means it’s primarily focused on giving you the space and opportunity to be present, mindful and connected to yourself. This type of session is less about learning new strategies, nor is it about taking a lot of action. Instead it’s an opportunity to be introspective, to reconnect with your own intuition, and to take some much needed breathing room from the busy-ness of life.
