Understanding Imposter Syndrome & Self Doubt

Imposter syndrome is a pattern of self-doubt that can lead to anxiety, stress, overwhelm and over thinking. If you have ever questioned yourself or felt like you’re ‘not good enough’ at something – this is the workshop for you
In this workshop we will cover:
- What is imposter syndrome?
- How is imposter syndrome linked to self doubt?
- Your levels of identity
- How to feel more self aware and self confident to live a more fulfilling life
Note; This is a ‘thinking’ session which means it’s primarily focused on equipping you with tools, techniques and strategies that relate to this topic. Some of these tools may be new to you, whilst others might be familiar and present an opportunity for you to re-visit them and strengthen them. After the session there will be an optional unrecorded Q&A session that you can attend.
