Workplace culture and staff development are difficult things to quantify.

This screening test has been designed to allow you to self-reflect on 5 key areas that contribute to the happiness of your workplace:

Workplace Wellbeing

When individuals feel mentally, emotionally, and physically supported, they not only perform better but also exhibit greater loyalty and satisfaction.

Workplace Engagement

Engaged employees are not just working—they're thriving, innovating, and actively contributing to the company's success.

Workplace Culture

A positive and inclusive workplace culture fosters a sense of belonging, where employees feel valued and heard.

Leadership & Management

Effective leadership that prioritizes empathy, communication, and growth creates an environment where happiness flourishes.

Burnout Resilience

Organizations that proactively combat burnout and foster resilience not only retain top talent but also maintain a consistent atmosphere of happiness and motivation.

While any employee can take this test and reflect on their workplace well-being, this test will be most impactful to General Managers, HR Leaders, and people responsible for well-being and culture of their workplace.
